## 1. Parties
Grupptalan.org is operated by Grupptalan AB (org.no 559412-7281).

## 2. Joining fee
The 449 SEK one-time fee is charged immediately on sign-up via Swish or card.

## 3. Award share
On a winning outcome, a small, transparent share of the award is taken in line with the plaintiff agreement.

## 4. Win-guarantee
If the case loses, the 449 SEK joining fee is refunded.

## 5. Withdrawal
You can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in your confirmation email. The 449 SEK is not refunded on voluntary withdrawal.
