What you might be wondering
- The joining fee is a one-time 449 SEK. It covers administration, legal review and registration as a plaintiff. If we win, we take a small, transparent share of the award – never more than what is stated in the agreement.
- If the case loses, you get your 449 SEK back under our win-guarantee. You are never personally liable for legal costs – the class action as a legal entity carries that risk.
- No. A group representative argues the case on the group's behalf. You normally do not have to attend hearings. You may be asked to provide written answers about your own damage.
- Act (2002:599) on Class Actions. It defines three forms – private, organisational, and public class actions – and the opt-in rules (you must actively register).
- We follow GDPR. Personal data is used solely to manage your participation in the case and mandatory reporting to the court. We never sell data and delete records after the case ends, in line with statutory retention periods.
